eSmart Permit solution standardizes and automates the work permit approval process that helps to build seamless communication platform between the applicant, approval team and the management.
eSmart Permit solution can be used across government organizations (Smart Cities), Real Estate or property development, Oil and Gas/Energy sectors, Utility, Environmental, Health, Insurance, Education as well as a variety of high-tech enterprises which involves business process for managing the business operations.
Using this solution, application user can easily submit the application by filling the required details, capturing the location of permitting request, attach all required supporting documents, and can even monitor the progress of the application and finally download the approval certificate. The coordinator will receive requests, share the request to relevant departments, finally create objection or No Objection Certification and upload in the system.
The Management can view the status of each application against the defined KPIs and generate periodical reports to evaluate performance and enhance decision making.

eSmart Permit solution is built using the best breed of technologies which can be accessed from web and mobile. eSmart Permit utilizes Esri ArcGIS online Basemaps and business specific webmaps (for Permit locations, POI, Buildings, RoW, Easements etc.,) published through ArcGIS online datastore. The Workflow engine manges the approval process, document management component for managing all support documents and templates, notification component to manage all required notification as per the approval and KPI process, Reporting BI component to present the reporting dashboard.
Our solution architecture has adopted smart and intelligent techniques, spatial intelligence including domain specific business rules that can accommodate changing operational conditions, intelligent user profiles for different roles and privileges, and comprehensive dashboards for tracking and monitoring of operations and performance.
The solution can be easily configured to existing business processes by building web services (SOAP) to provide data access based on different Business cases. The solution features Active Directory integration, role-based security that can be used for re configuring with customer environment.
